most of the staff friendly and willing to help; great location for tourists, between piccadilly circus and oxford circus; nice kitchen!(fully equipped and kept clean all the time,by staff AND by guests); rooms are not too big, but cleaned daily; comfortable beds; showers and bathrooms are clean, there's actual hot water coming out of the tap, and the water pressure isn't too bad; the only bad thing is that windows can't be opened more than 10cm wide!!! the air in my room was disgusting!
Big clean kitchen with lots of storage place and cooking utensils. I didn't like the fact that they use security codes on the doors instead of keycards. If someone loses their slip of paper with the code AND door number on it, pretty much everyone can enter your room. The wifi was barely working (yes, even with the new password) Great location right between shops and the seaside and about 15 minutes walking distance from the train staion. Nice outside sitting area.
I would always go back here. I wouldn't recommend staying in a 10bed dorm but the 4 or 6bed dorms are just fine, clean and there's enough space to store your luggage. Breakfast is simple but probably what most people would eat anyway, plus if you want to upgrade it with anything special you can just buy your own stuff and leave it in the fridge. Excellent location with supermarkets and tube stations just around the corner. It's also a great place to meet people. You'll neve feel alone here.
spacious rooms with large kitchen and single beds (no bunk beds!) i stayed in a ten bed female dorm and it was super comfortable. it only got a bit weird when two lesbian couples each started making out with each other in front of everyone - i dont think thats the point of staying in an all-female dorm.. excellent location about 5 minutes from central station. staff was friendly and always willing to help.
Really friendly and helpful staff who would always try and find a solution when there was a problem with anything.

just as in St.Christopher's ShepherdsBush the common room in the basement is pretty smelly, there's no fresh air or sunlight. also there is no kitchen for the guests to use. The bedrooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable but you can hear every sound thats coming from the bar, so it does get pretty loud on weekends when there's music playing (and the beds are vibrating!).

The bedrooms have a nice look and there's enough space for everybody to move around and store their stuff. There's enough toilets and showers, which are amongst the cleanest I've seen in a hostel. The one thing I don't like about St.Christopher's is that they don't have a kitchen for the guests to use, there's only a microwave in the (quite smelly) "chillout room", which has a really warm and friendly atmosphere, BUT is set in the basement without any windows to let daylight or fresh air in.
