The French couple who owned the place was very helpful, nice people who were very open and welcoming. Good place for people who just want to go and relax and have a good time. Definitely recommend.

Wild Rover Backpackers

Wild Rover was nice, in probably the better part of the city and not too far a walk from the Plaza Murrillo. The staff was friendly and the owner was very accommodating, I ran out of Bolivianos and I didn't want to use the ATMs because of the foreign transaction fee so on the last day he let me pay in Dollars. Overall, great place!

Supertramp Hostel

Not that close to the bus and train station, but overall very good place. Staff was helpful, even dried my clothes for free in the dryer (we arrived in the pouring rain) and gave us towels for free to dry off. Breakfast included before the early morning hike to MP! Definitely recommend for everyone to go there!

Very nice place, cozy and simple. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and of course, the other guests were very pleasant. Not very pricey either comparing to Montevideo food prices.

Excellent cozy little place located on a hill. The rooms were clean and the well made. WiFi all around and a free breakfast, although the food was limited. Overall, very good

Andes Hostel

Santiago, Chile

Andes Hostel was a good stay. 3 nights in the winter and the rooms weren't even cold! Staff is helpful and all speak English, and don't forget the complimentary breakfast that runs until 10:30! Only drawbacks were no internet in the rooms and the hot shower doesn't really work at night (not really a problem if you go in the summer)

Frankfurt Hostel

Frankfurt Hostel was very conveniently located, easy to find, a 3 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and numerous shops, cars and bars.

Hotel Martello

The hostess/owner of the hotel was amazing. Very nice lady and very helpful, helped me plan my trip/bus back to the airport, and very polite as well. Only drawback is that the location is pretty hard to find and the air conditioning only works after a certain time, which wasn't that great cause I went in the summer. Overall, great place to stay, definitely recommend!

Nice place, lacking air conditioning though, it gets pretty warm in the summer, also doesn't provide soap or shampoo.

Amazing, very new, more like a hotel than a hostel, a little far away from the attractions of Amsterdam, but the train station nearby makes up for it. great place, would totally recommend

liked it, didn't love it, a friend recommended it, not a true hostel, more like a place with a bunch of beds put together, again, it wasn't bad, just wasn't great
