Overall, great hostel & I had an amazing stay with you. My first 2 days there, the recycling bin wasn't visible so people threw away large amounts of recyclable material. We eventually found it, but it's not very visible and/or clear that your hostel recycles. I think it's important to stress this to your guests. Also, the cleaning supplies seemed very strong (bleach, etc.). More natural cleaning supplies would be a plus. It's such a gorgeous island, we need to work together to protect it.

A fantastic, modern, clean hostel. Kudos!! This hostel is very "green": they recycle glass, plastic, and paper and they also have an organic waste bin. AMAZING! They accept credit cards for payments. The entrance can be hard to spot the first time, a sign on the outside wall would be hugely helpful [for other guests: look for the "JET CANARIA" fitness gym directly across the street & the bus stop is SIMANCAS 70]. Great equipped kitchen with new appliances. Large comfortable bunk beds! Great spot
The welcome email with clear directions & video was very appreciated. I know most Moroccan places don't take credit card, but if you can figure out a way to take them (even charging the guest for the service charge) I know a lot of tourists would prefer credit card & your ratings would go up! Thank-you for honouring quiet time after 22h. Lights were dimmed, music off at 22h which is great. Candle-lit hallways are gorgeous! Nice to have staff available all day. You guys work hard! Thank-you!
Very friendly staff willing to let you relax a bit with tea after arriving. Site and office door state the hostel takes credit card when it's not true. If you work out a way to take credit; even if you charge the guest the service fee, I think a lot would be willing and prefer to use credit card. Hostel ratings will go up. Best breakfast I had at a Moroccan hostel (kudos for including cooked egg & yoghurt). Would like to see better care for the turtles; honestly sad. Cold shower water in morning
Check -In: Nice front desk staff. It's unfortunate that they don't take credit cards because this is not a cheap hotel compared to other Moroccan cities. The hotel would get better reviews if they accepted credit card, even if they add an additional fee to the guest to help cover credit company charges. Though aged furniture, well cleaned. Not really tourist hotel. No tourist services if maps, etc. Cold rooms in December. Despite having no heat in the rooms, the water was very hot which is good

I had a really great stay here while searching for accommodation in Lille. The staff were always helpful with their services. You can pay ahead for a 4 Euro breakfast (4 kinds of cereal, baguettes/jam/nutella, juices, coffees. A nice way to start the day. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is fantastic. Two stove tops, an oven, a microwave, plenty of cooking space, and two large refrigerators with freezers. Just fantastic. Plus, the wi-fi is fast in the kitchen & lounge area.
Summer 2013: there is a LOT of construction going on the area, so it's a bit noisier than usual. However, the hostel is on a fantastic side-street which is quite quiet and off the major streets. We, as well as our neighbours in the hostel, found the air conditioning was far too cold and it we were not able to control it. We were freezing at night! The location is quite fantastic. Free BBQ every Tuesday night and events planned every night, so it was definitely a nice place to stay.

VERY helpful staff at check-in. I was checked in and booked on a tour to Auschqitz in just a few minutes. Free breakfast in the morning (cereal, break/toast, tea/coffee, milk). Free welcome shot/drink. It seems like they don't have a solid bed/locker assignment system which could have helped avoid some confusion. I came back after a long day to find out that someone had taken my bed. The staff were very helpful in putting me in a new room.
The hostel was very nice & clean. I don't think the bedding needs to be wrapped in plastic each day. It seems very wasteful. The Welcome Drink was really appreciated. Front desk staff, though overwhelmed with how busy the hostel is, were always great at helping out. But they could maybe use an extra staff member during the busy times because I felt bad for them! They were working so hard.
