Abu Safari Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer, India

Although we just planned to spend one night in Jaisalmer and do our camel safari in Khuri... The athmosphere and staff at Abu Safari were SO good that we decided to stay there for a few more nights and do the safari with them (thanks also to some reviews of previous guests. No pressure at all from the owners of the place). Abu and his collegues were incredibly kind and Abu helped us with all (free pick up/drop off, visit to the old fort and surroundings, advices...). Really recommended.

Cosy Guest House

Jodhpur, India

Really nice place in a calm area of the old city. The views from the terrace with the fort just in front of you and kids playing with kites at the roof top of the blue-painted houses surrounding the hostel is one of our best pics of India. There are diferent types of rooms depending on what you want to pay (the one with shared bathroom is clean and really value for money). Good food, just veggie tho. When we stayed, WiFi didn't work properly.

Harsh Vilas Guest House

Udaipur, India

Very well located (5 minutes walking from the main landmarks) and good valued for money.

Vinayak Guesthouse

Jaipur, India

We spent 3 nights there and the place was great considering what we paid. Rooms without AC were spacious and the roof top and common areas were perfect (the computer with internet was really useful and WiFi worked quite good). The family who owns the place is really kind and takes a lot of care of its guests. The con was that, it is around 30 minutes from the old city on foot, but 5 minutes from the railway station tho.

The North Face Inn

Pokhara, Nepal

We spent 3 nights in a triple bedroom with a private bathroom (hot and cold water). The place was really clean and well located close to the main tourist street but far enough to avoid all the noise and enjoy the mountain view. It was worthy for the money we paid (3300 NPR total), but we had a lot of troubles with WiFi connection (almost not working) and the staff was okay but too interested on selling some package or activities.

Hostal Tuyasto

San Pedro de Atacama, Chile

Although we had some problems with the staff because of a misunderstanding, after talking with different friends who were lodged in other hostels and paying much more for the same facilities, I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND this hostel. It is ruled by a friendly family who always tries to help you and makes your life much easier in San Pedro. Worse points: Not enough lockers for everyone and it is slightly far from the main street, Caracoles, comparing with other hostels (but just 7 min on foot)

Little Town

Prague, Czech Republic

The only thing to complain is about the quality of the beds. About security, location, staff... it was an incredible hostel if you are looking for a place to relax.

I prefer small hostel. However, this one was really good. One of the best that I've been in Central Europe. Breakfast for 3'80€ is totally worth. Nice staff and a lot of information to prepare your sightseeing (also the Free Walking Tour was very good). Good choice to repeat If I visit other cities where Wombats is.

Kamakura Guesthouse

Kamakura, Japan

I recommend this Guesthouse to everyone around Tokyo who wants to try a traditional japanese house. The atmosphere is great and the staff really nice. The poorest point is the location, although it is not an important problem.

Kyoto Hana Hostel

Kyoto, Japan

I prefer small hostels and "Hana Hostel" is a big one. However, a part from that, Hana is an incredible place to stay at Kyoto which I really recommend (Hoping to go back there in my next visit). It is very closed to Kyoto Station and the staff and other guest are nice people who with you can pass good time.
