The sheets were very clean, the room was large enough and the air conditioner worked very well. The staff didn't speak English which was problematic at times but they were quite nice people.

Best hostel I've stayed so far. Super clean, cozy, comfortable, English speaking staff, right at the city center. Worthy of every dime. The room doesn't get much sunlight but if you're there to sleep, you won't care.

The young lady at the reception was very kind, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms were decent but the sheets were not very clean and the heating did not work (which is a big problem if you visit in the middle of winter). The hostel is located in a central and nice neighborhood.

Super clean, has a central location, nice staff, absolutely worth the money. The only downside is that unless you have a reservation, they charge you the double price.

The room we stayed in was extremely humid and cold in the mid-August. The facilities were poorly maintained (the shower cabin was actually disgusting). The only positive factor was the guy who maintained the hostel. He was very polite and nice towards the guests.

The common facilities are not clean and they are very inconvenient. The rooms and beds are too small and sometimes smelly. I would recommend to look for other hostels in the region with the same price and with a cleaner and nicer atmosphere.

It is a pretty nice hostel close to the city centre, the staff is polite and interested, the sheets and facilities are clean. The only problem is that check out time is a bit early (9.00 am). I would totally recommend this hostel to anyone who seeks for a cheap and convenient accommodation in Vienna.

Thanks for your comment! We are happy you liked our house. The problem with check-out and check-in procedure is just, that it takes its time to clean the rooms for the next check-in. Hopefully seeing you again! Porzellaneum
