A very nice hostel close to the centre of Madrid. The private room I was in was really nice and felt more like a hotel. Great staff and breakfast too. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic hostel. Not big and noisy like some hostels, but still sociable. Very helpful and friendly staff. 5 minutes from the metro and only a few metro stops from all major attractions. Nice breakfast too. Would definitely recommend
The best hostel I stayed in in South America. The showers, wifi and breakfast were all perfect. The location is fantastic and the dorms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend
This is a good hostel with a good atmosphere. The kitchen and communal facilities are great. The location is perfect (right next to the beach). The only bad things are that the dorms are quite small and there's not much space. Also, if you have a shower in the evening, the water may be cold.
This hostel was okay for a night before the salt flats tour. The showers were very hot. Unfortunately the wifi wasn't very strong and the reception is often left vacant with people's bags left there for anyone to take. Also, be aware that if you arrive before check-in time, they may not allow you to enter the communal areas, and you may have to sit in the outside area of the hostel which is not ideal when the temperature is sub-zero. This hostel was okay for one night, but don't expect too much.
This was a great hostel in La Paz. The large lockers in the rooms are great and the location is very good. The hostel has its own bar which sells very reasonably priced food. I would definitely recommend staying here as it's a sociable hostel but it's not a crazy party hostel. Kanoo Tours has an office in the same buildings which is great for booking tours to the salt flats and other places in Bolivia.
This is a great hostel. The pool, bar and common areas are very nice. The kitchen is good and you can also order cheap food from the restaurant for breakfast or dinner. The staff are very helpful and keep the hostel clean. The only negative thing is that the private rooms don't have air con, so it can get very hot. The hostel is not in the centre of Santa Marta, but that's not really a problem as most people just use it as a base to go to places like Tayrona and Minca.
This hostel had a few positives and a few negatives. The location and the staff are very good. You're able to book tours really easily through the hostel. The air con in dorms is very good. The bar downstairs does good and cheap food. The thing that let the hostel down was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and especially the kitchen. Also, be aware that like in many hostels, the bar plays loud music until late, so don't expect much sleep!
This hostel was brilliant. The rooms and the inside of the hostel were so nice that it felt more like a hotel. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful and keep the hostel very clean and secure. It's a big hostel so you can meet a lot of people. The only bad thing I can possibly say is that the wifi was a bit weak in my room as it wasn't right next to the router.
This hostel was great. It's in a great location and is very good value for money. There's a bar there too which makes it quite sociable. The staff are very helpful and informative. The only bad thing I can say is that a couple of times I saw reception temporarily left vacant allowing anybody to walk in. Also, be aware that the bar may play loud music until quite late.
The staff here were great, very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was also good. It's a little bit far from the centre but it's not too difficult to get there by bus.
