this is more a restaurant with some rooms than a hostel. showers run over after 2 minutes. staff was friendly at reception but staff at the restaurant prefers to ignore than serve you. this is more a place to sleep than actually hang out and meet people.

somehow they haven't received our booking and by the time it arrived, they were fully booked. withing 10 minutes, they organized another accomodation for us. they felt very sorry and they organized us a whole appartement for the same price. to appologize, they even gave us some beers. the breakfast, we had in the pension perisic and it was very good. they said at least 100 times sorry even we were very happy with the accomodation at the end. i would go back.

This is more a hotel than a hostel. Awesome service, very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helps with everything. If you are looking for a place to have your privacy go there. Its absolutely worth the price. But if you are looking to meet people, you better go in a hostel with a common area and a kitchen. I liked my stay alot. Would definitely go back again.

We loved that hostel. Lizet (i guess that's her name) is a friendly, helpful and always smiling person. She helped us with everything and was always talking with us how we feel and what we wanna do. Thank you very much for that. We loved the place because it wasnt in the party area so you definitely get sleep there and it is very close to the nicest beaches in Puerto Escondido. The hostel is very clean, has a nice pool and the kitchen is good too. Definitely a place i would go back again.

we liked the place. nice roof top bar. they sell beers but you can also bring your own. at the beginning we were a bit unsure about the place. you get a staple of sheets for your bed, hot water is only running from 8-10 am and 8-10 pm. we didnt get a lot of information what to do but at the end we were happy with the place.

Awesome place to stay. i really loved the hostel. it is outside of town so if you wanna party, you just get a cap in town &if you wanna relax or sleep at night, you can do that very well in pukulani. the pool is very nice and always clean. it is family owned &you kinda get that feeling to be part of it. they are all very friendly, helpfull & give you advice. The shuttle service is very cool too.I only missed the lockers but that will be changed soon. I saw the owner building some.thanx!adrian

Great place to stay. Close to supermarket, restaurant and bar area and easy to go to the terminal. Kitchen is awesome with good equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. They explain you everything. Sandra did a great job. They clean the hostel all day long. So it is more than clean. I missed lockers but they have a roome where you can store valubals. I would definitely go again. Especially they recomended the coffe tour at hacienda guayabal. I had the best coffee ever there!

We are glad to hear you like our staff and sorry you didn¨t find the mattresses comfortable enough. We have already bought new ones for half hostel and have the other coming. Although we have a good party vibe at our hostel, at 11 pm we close the bar/lounge area, after which it usually gets more quiet. Safe travels and best regards! CabanaCopa staff

Awesome staff, nice pool, great location. Bbq was good fun with free wine! Definitely would stay there again. Only the 12 bed dorm was towards the street. This hostel was very basic. There are 2 floors, full of beds, 3 showers for around 30 people and now place to hang around. For 2 nights it is okay although it was pricy. But koh phi phi is expensive anyway. U just sleep there, thats it. But a good place to meet other travellers!!!
