Very friendly staff who give you a welcome drink upon arrival. They are very accomodating and willing to organise tours to Halong bay for you (and store your luggage whilst you are there). Great location at north end of the old quarter. The included breakfast was a great bonus. Apart from a leaky shower, the room was clean and very nice.

Small friendly family-run hostel. Very clean and secure - they closed our window for us when we were out during a rainstorm. Bit of a walk from town (~ 15 minutes). Organised last minute taxi to just catch the airport shuttle the morning we were leaving which saved us a lot of money.

Helpful staff booked tour to Cu Chi tunnels for us. Functional and clean room located in a very central location near to the long distance bus drop off/pick up points. They allowed us to leave our bags there on check out day and was very secure. Shower was amazing.

Salita Hotel

We booked to stay at Salita very last minute, for two nights. We arrived there late on the first night to be told that our room was not actually available. Fortunately, they relocated us to another nearby hotel for no extra cost, including a chaffeur there and back again. We did stay in Salita for the second night, and found it very pleasant. It was clean, safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, sorting out Vietnamese visas and bus tickets. Shower was divine.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. All seemed very organised, and they easily let us extend our stay by a night. Even brought us tea upon our request! Rooms very clean, with AC and a fan. Enjoyable shower.

Very nice staff allowed us to leave bags whilst on a trek. Ping pong table is a bonus. Rooms are spacious with nice balconies. Good location near bars/restaurants.
