We had an amazing stay here. Just like staying in a hotel. Great breakfast in the morning, clean showers and a kitchen you can use. Everything was wonderful! The only down side could be that it is located in Willesden Green, at the end of the London Zone 2, but if you don't mind taking the underground, in 15 mins you're in the town center. Other than that, this is a nice residential area, calm, away from all the bustle and hassle.
The rooms are tiny and shabby, some bathrooms are cold and dirty (go use the ones on the main floor they are much nicer and warmer, and much cleaner, same applies for the toilets). The kitchen is sticky and dirty, but well equipped, enough fridges for all the guests and enough cupboards to store your food. All in all, it could be better - I've been to cheaper hostels that if compared to this one could be considered as hotels. The bed linen seemed clean, but i would not bet on it.
The guest fridges are a wee bit too small, for a hostel your size and the number of people you accommodate. Other than that, you guys rock! :)
