Very nice hostel, great garden to chill, lovely host who will also take you to a party or pub crawl. Open kitchen, easy to get to know other travelers. Only minus: quite far from the city center! About 40minuts and 800rp by tuktuk, or 1h by public bus. But therefore it's quiet! And the mattresses were quite uncomfortable..
First- you'll never ever find this hostel on your own, it's so hidden, and you have to go through a lot of super tiny alleys, which didn't seem very trustworthy.. You have to pay somebody to bring u. It's a super nice riad, very pretty, with a nice roof top terrace! But: don't travel there alone, especially as a girl! You can't lock the door to the dorm, the lockers don't work, and the location is not safe! It's fun if you are a group though, would recommend it then! Cleanliness is average.
Awesome location,if u like to stay at the Montmartre. Loads of Bars and Restaurants nearby. Quite safe at night i'd say. It's typical for Paris: a quite small hostel, rooms are super tiny but nice, breakfast was average. Unusual for Paris: nice stuff. ;-) the real parisien experience! 4 computers. Small common area in the backyard. Good security with electronic cards.
Loved that hostel! Good value for your money in Paris. Big hostel with 300 beds. The rooms were super spacious! Just bring a lock for the underbed lockers. I loved the privacy u have with the curtains. Toilettes are very clean, and those were the best showers i've ever seen in a hostel! Bar and Club downstairs.I travelled alone, and soon met some people. Only drawback: location is a bit unexciting, but there's a metro. Probably not the safest area in Paris.
