The hostel ITSELF is just an average cheap place to crash, but the location for the price makes it absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this place for that reason alone... just don't expect much more than that.
The owner was wonderful and spoke great English. The location, right next to Itaewon (the foreign district of Seoul), can't be beat. There's also various restaurants and an Internet cafe (PC bang) in the same building. Two thumbs up!
The woman who ran the place was fantastic. She was friendly and very hospitable. She made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home. If you can't read the Korean alphabet, Hangul, it may be difficult to find the place as some of the landmarks used in the directions are romanized versions of store fronts that are only in Hangul. However, it's quite close to the subway so if you have a map it should be quite easy to find. If you can read Hangul, you will have no trouble finding it.
