I had an amazing time here. The party was wild! The staff were amazing, especially Priscila. Facilities were clean and secure. Drinks were a little overpriced though. Definitely worth a visit if you love to party.

The location and atmosphere were brilliant. I really enjoyed my stay. Two things they can improve on are: allowing people to bring in their own booze; and having lockers in the lobby so you can store your stuff before check in or after check out. Cheers!

Black Swan was one of the best hostels Ive ever stayed at. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The atmosphere was amazing!!! They had activities almost daily including cooking classes, dancing classes, and pub crawls. I loved it!

The facilities would have been excellent if they had fridges in the lounge and more outlets in the bedrooms/general areas. It has an amazing location and very clean facilities. The lockers were outside of the bedrooms which made it easier to leave in the morning without disturbing others.

Fantastic hostel with big spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and large showers with lots of hot water! The location was very close to the castle and was accessible to the rest of the city, however it was located on a steep hill which can be a little tiring.

Amazing hostel! Had the best location we've ever experienced in a hostel. It was in the market square, and had 24 hr mcdonalds next door! Pub crawls organized by awesome staff and were amazing! bars & pubs across the street...a little loud since the windows open onto the street, can be loud at night but they do provide free ear plugs.plenty of bathrooms & showers, shower in room was large spacious & modern.we didnt get an individual key for our room so door was often left wide open

Location was convenient for the city centre but almost 30 min walk to old part of the city. Anyone could get into the building and there were a lot of stairs to get to the hostel. But there were locks for the rooms. Each room had a different theme which was fun! facilities were spacious and clean. happy hour was great way to meet ppl w cheap beer and different activities every night were fun (ie karaoke, free polish soup on easter) .

Overall I had a great experience. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was excellent and right in the city centre which was perfect for seeing the parade. The party atmosphere for St. Patrick's Day was awesome! The hostel gave out free drinks and had a DJ. It was definitely overpriced for St. Pattys Day though. My only complaint is that I didn't like the buttons for using the showers. You constantly had to hit them to keep the water running.

The location was excellent for the Temple Bar area. There were many sights and bars in the area within short walking distance. The hostel also had a very fun atmosphere and clean facilities. My only complaint was the buttons in the showers. You constantly had to push them to keep the water running.

The staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful and caring. I got an eye infection and one staff member took me to the pharmacy to ensure I got the right meds. The vibe of the place was awesome and very easy to meet people. Location is the best by far! I always felt safe and welcomed. Only issue was the lack of washrooms/showers for the number of people in the hostel.

Absolutely loved the customer service. Marc & Akmal really made us feel at home. They were friendly, welcoming and approachable. They were hospitable, printing our bus tickets, and were always there if we needed anything. Definitely the best service we have ever received at a hostel anywhere. The location is top notch, and security is excellent as well. The hostel provides free wifi, tea and coffee, a fridge for storing food, and appliances to cook food as well. We will definitely come back!

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about what to see and how to set an itinerary for a short stay. They even did a check up on us later on. We got a free bottle of red wine which was great. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was REALLY NICE for a hostel. The location was amazing but difficult to locate from the outside due to a lack of signs and the odd street numbers.

The location of this hostel was more than perfect for our trip! It was very cold and we wanted to walk as much as possible. Luckily the hostel was less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. This hostel was also super friendly and clean and had a great atmosphere. We met so many people there who are now friends, and was very clean. This was the best hostel I've stayed at in Europe. Also, using hostel world as a booking service was easy to understand, quick, and efficient!
