Patrick and Shelly take exceptionally good care of their guests. Not only do they provide honest & funny advice (along with a hand drawn map of the area!), but they also graciously gave us breakfast on the go as we had to check out early. The building is currently undergoing renovations that will make it incredibly sustainable - all DIY, in true traveling spirit. The ACBB is a haven in the touristy Niagara, just minutes away from the beautiful falls.

Super friendly staff, really clean place. Breakfast in the morning was nice too. Will definitely be back, maybe for New Years! :)
Perfect location, Bath is really easy to get around. Good place to stay overall, bit silly how they charge you to store your bags, even if it's only for two hours.
Really, really cool building - loved the recycled feel to it. Loved having locals hanging out there in the evening; one night they hosted a party with live bands for a local newspaper's anniversary. They also put on a movie night showing a local indie film, which was awesome. Perfect location in a gorgeous city. Highly recommend staying here!
Really nice hostel, could tell that the staff were happy to be there and always really helpful. Definitely more of an older crowd there while I was visiting, but that's okay! Great location, really friendly.
The people I met here definitely made the trip. Good hostel overall:)
Really cute hostel right next to the main square. Staff were friendly, the breakfast in the morning was really good and it was great value for the money. Wasn't a party hostel or anything and it maybe wasn't as good for a single traveler as it would be for a group, but I really enjoyed my time here.
Had an absolutely amazing time staying here!!! The staff were phenomenal, the facilities excellent and the party atmosphere was amazing. I would (and have) highly recommended this hostel to friends and other travelers. I don't always go for a party hostel, but this one was so, so worth it!!
A decent place to sleep for the night, but nothing spectacular. Location next to King's Cross was nice.
This hostel is super easy to get to, especially from Schonenfeld airport - right near busy U-bahn and S-bahn stations and in a lovely area. There is a supermarket and plenty of cafes nearby as well. The staff were excellent - really friendly and helpful. When I stayed there it was quite quiet but they still made a great effort to make me feel welcome. They had free internet that actually reached the floor I was on and free computer use as well. Overall a great place to stay, I loved it.

The hotel was nice enough and good value if you just want to sleep there. Really near the RER line and really easy to get to Disneyland from there. Only real problem was that our room smelt terribly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

We must have lucked out, we had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the river. Really good value for money and clean, but nothing spectacular. It was right next to a supermarket, which was really handy as we were taking picnic lunches everywhere. I would recommend it.

We stayed at Abigail's over St Patricks Day - we booked five months in advance, which kept the price relatively low - and had an absolute blast! Everyone we met in the dorm room was really friendly and up for a good time. Security was great - you need to prove you're staying at the hostel to go upstairs. Location was even better - overlooking the river but right around the corner from the Temple Bar area. Staff were friendly- it would probably be a close knit atmosphere on a less crazy weekend
Definitely enjoyed my stay here - location was excellent and absolutely loved the city. A few downsides.. the lockers in my room wouldn't shut fully so we couldn't lock anything up, but everyone in my room was really lovely so it didn't matter too much. Also having the smoking room in the hostel was pretty cool, but it meant that everything I brought with me smelt really bad of weed... but still a good place to stay with a fun crowd.
Huge bonus was having the 4 bedroom dorm to myself the first night - it was really quiet! Didn't really spend much time in the hostel, but the people I did meet were a relaxed crowd and there was a bar area that probably would have been great for groups. Free maps of the city got great use and, although it wasn't centrally located, the metro is nearby and it's super easy to navigate.
A decent place to spend the night, but nothing too special. Kind of difficult to find as well due to construction at the time, but obviously not their fault.
Had an absolute blast here! Had easily one of the most memorable nights at the bar - happy hour there is great. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast, while not included, was great value and variety. Only slight complaint would be the shower - it was more of a wet room, so the whole bathroom floor was usually damp - but the en suite was only between 4, so it wasn't a big issue. No kitchen due to city regulations, but late night cheap toasties and beer made up for it. Definitely recommend!
The hostel is quite a trek from the old town and most of the attractions, but it's an easy walk or bus ride. Feels much more like a hotel than a hostel, but it was good value for a place to sleep and shower. I spent one night hanging out at Yoho Hostel, which was more central, more social and a younger crowd. Meininger was a bit cheaper and quiet - good for families or if you want a deep sleep. Had some rowdy guys playing pool one night, but the staff cleared them out quickly and efficiently.
This was the first hostel I ever stayed at.. the staff definitely showed me a good time, met a ton of people for what I think is the best value hostel in London. Honestly had a blast here.
