Nice room (211) & bathroom (had a bathtub with a curtain - the exception in Asia!), breakfast was ok (buffet style with fresh pancakes, omelet, fresh fruit), staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good 10-12 min walk to the old town. We booked a day trip My Son temples with them which was good as well. Did not use the pool as it's indoor location did not appeal to us.

This is one of the best 2 hostels we have stayed in during our RTW trip in the last 7 months! If we could pack this place including the lovely staff into our backpack and take it along with us, we would! The room was very nice & very clean - a dream to sleep in! OK, the bathroom could be nicer... The breakfast is simply AMAZING and the staff is truly 5-star quality! If we ever make it back to Hue, this is where we will stay. We already miss it!

Would absolutely stay here again! Staff is very friendly & helpful but not pushy in any way. The internet connection is very fast, the laundry service was not cheap but one of the best we had in the last 7 months! Breakfast is tasty incl. fresh fruit. Room (take one with window!) was very nice. We were offered a drink (coffee/tea) every time we came back in. Free luggage storage whilst we were at Halong Bay and best of all we were offered a room to shower in when we came back at no cost!

Very nice&quiet location, 6 min walk to metro station. Rooms are relatively small but nicely decorated. The courtyard is lovely. Minus for us was that the manager does not encourage people to mingle there &get in contact. In the morning (even at 8:30 am) he implies that one should whisper all the time. A little annoying. Breakfast is ok:yoghurt, fruit, toast, pastries & tea/coffee/juice (so slightly different from the pictures..) We really enjoyed the quietness but would pick different next time

many thanks for giving us the review. in our hotel,we have the guests from all over the world.we are very happy to see that all the guests may talk friendly together.but in the morning, maybe other people are still sleeping,so we talk about quietly.this is good and comfortable for everyone.please understand.and welcome to our hotel next time.

We ended up staying here a total of 14 or so nights over 3 stays. Khem (the very sympathetic owner) took great care of us when we were ill and made sure we got to a good clinic (he walked us there). Very nice & filling breakfast in the beautiful garden (when it was not raining). We started to feel at home ;-) Take a room off the street side as this can be loud! A little off Thamel, but still walkable. Would stay again!

Room ok, nothing special. We were in a 2nd building, so had to walk a couple of meters through the (slightly dodgy alley) for breakfast. Their travel desk screwed us though.

Perfect hotel for a stopover between flights - free airport shuttle. The pool is a very nice cool off after a long flight! If we would have to stopover @ BKK again, we would pick this hotel again. Good value for money..

We stayed twice here before and after our camper van trip. The location in Mt. Eden was excellent for us - nice and quiet with loads of green around. Mt Eden crater is just a view minutes walk, downtown Auckland can be reached easily by frequently running public bus. Mt. Eden itself is cute with loads of nice cafes & restaurants. Rooms are good, garden in the back nice, the kitchen is amazing - the biggest I have ever seen in any hostel (they have every tool you can think of !) Would stay again!

Location is great! We had a studio with was really nice - loads of space & a small kitchen area. They offer come cookies & instant coffee for breakfast - not much but will get you till the next coffee shop or ABC store. Good value for money.

very friendly staff, very clean room with enough blankets to keep you nice & warm. we received an email before arrival, checking if we need anything. Pickup from the bus for a fair price was perfectly organized. Nice breakfast with one day eggs, the other day banana milkshake. Location is about max 15min walk from plaza de armas ( as good as all flat). We are actually staying here again after our inca trail, no issue to leave luggage behind, all safe and no extra costs. can only recommend.
