Staff were helpful and happy to suggest things to do. The hostel is close to the Blue Mosque and only about a 15minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. Rooftop bar has great views

Really good hostel with helpful staff. Easy to meet other travellers and the activities the hostel organises, like free sangria nights, are great fun. Close to a metro shop and supermarket

Great location and you can walk to almost all the tourist sites. Nice, new bathrooms and a good kitchen but there's no air-conditioning in the dorm rooms.

Very social hostel and the staff are great. There is an event every night so great for solo travellers. Easy to get to all the main sites. More bathrooms would be handy but overall it is a great hostel.

This hostel has apartments all over town so lacks the hostel vibe unless you're in an apartment with lots of people. Some of the apartments have a sea view and balcony which is great. Apartments were clean with nice bathrooms but no lockers. Wifi only works at reception which is a long way up the hill.

This hostel is easy to get to from the main train station but is about a 25minute walk to the leaning tower. Rooms were a good size and had lockers to store valuables. Wifi doesn't work in rooms but was good in the common area

Good location and easy to get to. Bar and restaurant downstairs are great, so is the kitchen. Garbage trucks at 6am every morning are annoying so take ear plugs!

Bathrooms looked new but were very small and had no where to hang clothes. Lockers in the rooms would also be helpful. Good location near metro and wifi worked well. Lift in the hostel was also nice

Free wifi only available in reception area, not in rooms. Not enough showers and the property was looking very run down. It's a few blocks from the main street but an easy walk. Free airport transfer is handy

Clean hostel with good wifi and large common room. Sufficient breakfast and large bathrooms. Rooms are small, especially with three triple bunks but the curtains along the bed help minimise disruptions. The lockers in the room are small, not big enough for backpacks.

Great location and easy to get to. Toilets were clean but showers were a bit dodgy and small. Breakfast was sufficient considering it was free and the kitchen was very handy. Wifi service could be improved, often it didn't work. Beds were clean and a good size though rooms were small. More power points in the room would be handy

Owner Comment (Hide)
Thanks for staying with us. We clean our bathrooms and showers multiple times each day, but we unfortunately can't change the size on them. Due to the building being an old Victorian building, space can be limited. We've placed showers throughout the building to ensure that guests don't have to wait to use a shower. We do have larger showers in the building, so if you really like large showers, feel free to ask us and we can point you in the direction of our larger showers. Our free WiFi service is still fairly new, so we're doing our best to improve it.
