Nice place, very central, close to the royal mile. Staff are nice and the bar is very cool. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but you have to make up your own bed, and take sheets off when checking out. Plenty of bathrooms, which was good for such a massive hostel. Wifi works well in the common area, but didn't reach our room at all. Nice place for the price.

Nice clean hostel, in walking distance to pretty much everything, and right next door to the bus station. Rooms were nice and comfortable, with their own bathroom. Wifi works well. Kitchen is well equipped, and the common room and dining areas are nice, large and clean. Nice place, I would return.

A friendly and social hostel, in a very central location, right next to temple bar. Rooms are spacious and secure, there's a locker for each bed if you bring your own padlock. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet and shower, but don't expect it to be cleaned every day! Wifi was extremely poor, don't rely on it here if you need to do any bookings or banking! Staff are incredibly friendly and often do free things in the common room, like dinners or mulled wine. And they have a guitar.

A nice place to stay, about a 20-30min walk (or quick metro trip) to the city centre. Very close to the Botanique metro stop. They have a nice bar with a good selection of Belgian beers, but it only opens after 6. Cheap dinner is served every night, and is quite tasty. Rooms are in a separate building across the road, and are nice enough, but a little cramped. Showers are fine, and beds are comfortable.

A very comfortable hostel with no bunk beds! Located close to the train station, and lots of delicious Italian restaurants. Walking distance to everything if you like walking, otherwise close to PT. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and will help you map out a plan for your stay. Rooms are clean and spacious, and almost more like a hotel than a hostel. There is no common area, so meeting people here only really happens in the rooms. Wifi works well.

Great hostel, friendly fun vibe. Rafting pub crawls organised by the staff, free beer on Wednesdays! Easily walkable to anywhere in town. Good facilities, free coffee and tea, and best of all NO BUNK BEDS! Friendly and helpful staff, and good food in the partner restaurant.

Amazing hostel, very homely feel, like you're staying at an aunts place! Located in a nice quiet area of town, only about 20minute walk to the old town square (which isn't much when you're busy looking at how beautiful the city is!) Very secure, lockers with keys provided. Extremely clean, the staff always keep the place tidy. Not staffed 24/7 though, so keep that in mind if arriving late! Great kitchen facilities for guests to use, and good shower/toilet facilities.

Amazing hostel. Great staff, (esp Fiona!), go out of their way to help you out, and go through the city map with you. Located a bit out of the city centre, but quite close to the very easy metro system. Dinner is provided FREE each night (even a vego option!). A very social atmosphere, nice rooms with lockers (byo lock) and good common areas. Great shower/toilet facilities. Great lace, would definitely return and recommend.

Red Nest Hostel Valencia

Great hostel with a great social vibe. The rooms were secure, with air conditioning as well as a fan. Showers and toilet facilities were fine, but you may need to consider putting male/female signs on the actual doors rather than just above it, as two males in my room were using the female bathrooms without knowing it, until I told them!! Bar/terrace upstairs are great, and they have cheap drinks and deals as well as dinner some nights. Nice atmosphere, easy to meet people. I would return.

Fusions Hostel

We stayed just one night, arrived late and left early so didn't get a proper feel for the place. The dorms were very spacious and the hostel was very clean. It has a friendly feel to it, and the breakfast provided was good. Wifi works well. I was the only girl in an 8 bed 'mixed' dorm. I didn't mind but I know some people wouldn't be comfortable with that.

This was an amazing hostel, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff were amazing, the best I've met, extremely helpful and full if suggestions for your stay. The dorms were comfortable and roomy, and all beds had privacy screens which were great. The only downfalls in my opinion were that the showers were mixed with little to no privacy, and the wifi didn't work in our room, you had to go into the hall. It can also be a bit noisy at night, from the nightlife on the street. Great hostel.

Euphemia Hotel

Amsterdam, Netherlands

We stayed in a 10 bed dorm, which was divided with a wall so it was like staying in a 4bed. Although the bathroom was on our side so we had people coming through all the time. Bathrooms were clean and showers were great, but probably needed more showers, there was always a wait in the mornings. Wifi was excellent, the girl on reception who checked us in was amazing and super helpful! Only other problem was that the room was so hot with no air con and only tiny window it was almost unbearable.

A great hostel, with an amazing view over Bergen, which was a good place to sit and chill out. The location is quite far from anything, and you need to catch a bus to get anywhere. The hostel had a very friendly social feel and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you want to walk anywhere from here, it is a very steep hill and stairs coming back! A nice hostel if you don't mind being so far away.

Anker Hostel

Oslo, Norway
60%

This place is very overpriced for what it is. We had an 8bed dorm, and two of the beds were broken. You have to hire linen, and the undersheets that were on our mattresses had disgusting stains... It smelled really bad in the stairwell and drifted up to the rooms from dumpsters outside, so we had to leave the window open. Lucky it was warm! Staff were really friendly, and they had cheap (for Norway) drinks at reception. Very bad wifi connection, even in reception, could hardly access it.

We stayed two nights, and enjoyed our stay. The pub downstairs had a good vibe, and great staff, as well as cheap food and drinks. I was nervous about the triple bunks, but they were much better than I imagined, no problems at all. Great location near the metro.

This hostel is amazing, the best one I've ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms and showers are AMAZING! The common area is very welcoming, with modern kitchen facilities and free hot and cold drinks. Everyone we met here were lovely and we made great friends. We only booked 2 days, then had to go somewhere else for the weekend as it was booked out, but it was so good we came back for the rest of the week. Definitely stay here!

Castle Hostel

This is a fantastic place to stay in Ballycastle, only minutes from the town centre, and the beach. We booked on a Sunday night, before realizing we couldn't get out there that day, and the lovely staff went above and beyond for us, picking us up from a station in a neighboring town. Lovely family friendly feel, if you're after a party hostel, this is not the place. The beds are super comfortable too! Will definitely recommend this hostel for visitors to Ballycastle!!

Smart Camden Hostel

London, England
71%

Great central location in Camden, close to the tube. Rooms and hostel in general is quite cramped, not much space to move around. Some of the cleaning staff were quite hostile. All in all, it's a cheap place to stay, good for if you're on a budget. Comfortable enough beds. Showers are very annoying. Have to hold a button on to keep the water flowing, and it goes back and forth between freezing and boiling with no way to adjust temperature.
