I came to the hostel with three friends, and we stayed in a separate part which had a double and a twin room, a hall/kitchen and a bathroom. Everything was clean, in good working order, the location is excellent, on a picturesque street right in the centre - but also very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were probably quite annoying guests ;-) The kitchen in our part wasn't very well equipped, but the one in the main part of the hostel was.

I found the Chill Out comfortable, well-equipped and clean, in a good location and with helpful, friendly staff. It feels very relaxed, but is well organised, and there is a good atmosphere among the guests. No complaints at all, I would definitely stay here again!
The common areas are very small and cramped, often dirty, and usually in use by staff or their friends. The common computer is not kept in a readily accessible place, and if staff are using it, access may be given grudgingly or not at all. Dorm floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for about a month, and as other reviewers have noted, one shower and one toilet between all guests is barely adequate. I didn't feel there was a particularly welcoming atmosphere either.
Nice little hostel, all the facilities you could want, and a very friendly and helpful owner (Hans) who will not only make sure you have everything you need for your stay but also give you tips on what to see in the area, and have a nice chat with you if you happen to be sitting around in the hostel.
