Location and cleanliness good. Personnel treat you as a child. No credit card accepted. No breakfast included, but mentioned!!! If you have a room for two only, you're surrounded of a dorm of 10 people so you can hear everything from that room. It's separated by a clamping plate! You have to go through the dorm to reach your room. The locknumber of your door is the same as the one of the dorm and everyone knew it. The mattress seemed to be 100 years old. Underwear found under mattress. It is hot
Good hotel - not hostel, in Washington. Situated in Georgetown, which is a very nice borough of Washington DC. The room was perfect, also with airconditioning, but it is quite a long way to the first subway station (20 minutes by foot). The personnel couldn't speak english and spanish. Not even numbers. We had to write everything. I told them to order a taxi for the next day to get to the airport. She agreed, but she didn't call one. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The first day the personnel was very good. The next day, we went down to the service desk to tell them that our shutter is broken and the only thing the person said: "I can't do anything, come at 7am and they will fix it" Actually he could leave a message for them. In doing so, he would deserve the money he earns. Furthermore, you couldn''t close the window and the room was a sauna (also fans didn't help). It seemed that the hostel is a factory cause of the vans. Location is bad for subway.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms as well as the shower were cold. The rooms on the other hand were pretty nice and secure as well.
