Really bad. A private single is actually a four bed dorm, badly lit with no one else in. Bad bedding, stains on the futons, uncomfy bed, no kitchen area, thousands of rules (written and unwritten), staff seemed rude and annoyed I was there, badly signposted at night, absolutely no comforts (towels are a charge, bedding is appalling). If you want a positive, the wifi is good, and communal area pretty but unwelcoming. To be honest, for this price, book a business hotel or net cafe. Avoid.

Stayed in a private double. Having lived and travelled around Japan for two years I found this place hard to fault. Service was amazing, facilities beyond good (free wi-fi router for my room just for asking), luggage storage on the day I left, AC in room, brilliant beds... it goes on! Not a good choice for solo travellers seeking thrills and spills but for a couple or family, for this price you'd struggle to go wrong. Spot on! Thank you! Also, English speaking staff who are helpful and polite!
Absolutely perfect! The assistance from the staff upon arrival was everything you could possibly want, and it couldn't be better located. Also the private double we rented was essentially it's own entirely self contained apartment! thank you Happy Neko for a lovely stay!
A great stay in a very friendly family run hostel. Thank you very much!
Good, but not excellent. The location is great, and the staff, although initially seeming a dazed wound up being exceptionally useful. For the price you can do better, but still a worthwhile stay. Private room was small, and facilities basic.
