Living Lounge Hostel

Second time staying here, absolutely love the place. Great staff, beautiful rooms, wifi is good, showers / bathrooms are clean, beds are comfy, towels cost 1 euro to rent, storage locker is provided, no lock needed. Location is fantastic in Lisbon, 1 minute walk from metro station, 5 minute walk from the water - totally central, highly highly recommend.

Location is good, 5 mins from Termini, 5-10 min walk to Nazionale - convenient from that perspective. The lobby for the hostel is actually very nice, the hostel itself is pretty good. I wasn't thrilled with the showers - push button, have to push it again every 60 seconds or so. Toilets were fine. Wifi was pretty good throughout the hostel. Lockers provided in room, bring your own lock. You can rent towels for 2 euro. Overall it was good.

Fantastic location, good price, wifi speed was "ok" though when it was busy it slowed down (typically at night). Nice that they do group meals at night. Only one toilet for everyone, lineups weren't bad though. Two showers, but one was broken at the time - this was a bit of a pain, could experience long waits for the showers. Rooms were nice, bunk beds comfy. 1 euro to rent a towel.

Excellent hostel, wifi was great, en suite bathroom/shower was clean and great. No bunk beds in my 3 person room, very nice. Slightly off the beaten path, but very short walk from anything so not a big deal. Overall highly recommended.

Nice hostel, creatively decorated rooms. En suite bathrooms were nice. Wifi speed was pretty bad, only available in common area, can't access from rooms. Location wasn't too bad, but not totally central. Was a little hard to find, not well marked but once you know what building it's in no problem.

Everything was awesome here. Great location, right across the street from the main train station, 10 min walk to the city centre. Free dinner every night! Awesome. And very good food. Staff was fantastic, super friendly. Wifi was great, speedy and available in room as well. Only one bathroom/shower per each floor but it seemed to work out pretty well. One of the comfiest beds I've slept in - not sure if it was every room, but no bunks! Overall great :)

Can't say enough good about this place. To start, showers were fantastic - rare and much appreciated. Location was absolutely brilliant - best location for a hostel in Prague. Oh and be sure to do the walking tour. And the Castle tour. Rooms were good, individual lockers of a good size for everyone. Wifi was awesome. Highly, highly recommended.

Great location right on the canal, terrific view out the breakfast room window - nice to wakeup to! Free breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but free so - great! Location was the big deal here, the room was fine, wifi was not great at all, pretty slow - but there are lots of places you can get free wifi around the city. Make sure you do the free walking tour, great way to see the city.

Great location, terrific free walking tour put on by the hostel staff. Wifi wasn't working very well downstairs, good spot where hostel guests can eat/drink pretty cheap. Lockers in rooms, showers were so/so, not too bad. Overall good experience.

Rest Up London

Had a top bunk in a 4 bunk room, it was right beside some sort of heating pipe which basically meant the temp jumped up 10 degrees as soon as I climbed up. Showers were push button with a short span of time before they shut off, neither bathrooms or showers were particularly clean. Wifi wasn't very good downstairs. Location was "ok" - hard to find as the building number for some reason wasn't in sequential order (google was confused). A good 5 - 10 min walk from the subway. Not a lot around.

Pretty loud on the weekends at all hours, so if you're not looking for a party hostel, you might want to pick somewhere else. Wifi in the main room was so/so, worked better downstairs. Showers are push button on a timer, everything is kept pretty clean.

Awesome location, you can walk everywhere from here. Great security in the building/room, though you do have to pay for lockers out in the hall if you want to lock up your valuables as there are no lockers in the rooms. Facilities are good, never had to wait, though it wasn't too busy or crowded at the hostel when I went.

Excellent Hostel / Hotel - huge place, great location - has a pool (which I've never seen in a hostel before). Nice $10 dinner, drink & dessert price in their restaurant for guests, bar and restaurant is actually really nice. Very close to a S/U Bahn station, easy to walk to places. Generally really great place.

Location was excellent - fantastic area, easy access to metro and everywhere else in Paris. Good security, no lock box in the shared rooms for valuables but free boxes to use in the lobby with a 50 cent deposit. Wifi was decent throughout the hostel and in the rooms, they were able to issue multiple codes for multiple devices. Very clean, en suite bathroom in the 4 bed shared dorm was great.

I can't say enough good things about this place - the location was A+++, literally steps from a metro, a shopping mall even closer, Rossio Square and the waterfront minutes away. The character and atmosphere was fantastic - beautiful rooms, great places to hang out. The free breakfast included PANCAKES!! What more can I say about that? Wifi was good throughout the entire hostel, the free walking tour offered by Henry was the best I've been on yet and the staff were always super friendly.

Awesome location, except when the metro goes on strike... not much they can do about that though! A little disappointed that wifi was only available on the ground floor, and I didn't find the furniture down there all that comfortable. Also the shower in the shared dorm room was pretty useless - the shower curtain was old and cut up, not long enough, and basically clung to you the entire time. That being said, great bar up top, amazing view, and close to everything, so worth it - yes.

Only spent a night here, but seemed like a great place. Wifi was a bit expensive, but there were a couple of computers that you could use for free for a limited time. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Location is pretty good, things to walk to easily enough.
