Excellent staff Great location, and cute place. Only faults were that I had no locker in my room, and some dust ect under my bed.

DON'T GO ON 1ST FLOOR. I got no sleep due to creaking & slamming doors that could easily be improved with some simple adjustment. I also didn't have a locker in my room for the first 3 nights. With the negative out of the way this hostel is alright with some decent common areas. I realise I was some what unlucky so learn from my mistake and go on the upper levels :) I may have also been unlucky but I have stayed at many hostels and met friendlier people and staff.

The only place this hostel lacked was Atmosphere, for some reason no one seemed to be very social, maybe because it's a bit smaller. However this may be a positive because it also made it very quiet if that's what your looking for. The man who checked me in was really good but I didn't have much to do with any other staff and the common area / kitchen and bathrooms were always clean in my opinion. It's not right in the thick of things but the subway 1 block away seems great and safe. Thank you

Poor location but hard to expect things to be easy in a ski resort town. Good building but the atmosphere lacked a little due to the people not being too diverse, just groups going skiing. Hostel itself is fairly good with the exception of the location

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, it's greatly appreciated. The ski crowd is definitely a major part of our clientele in the winter months, however Whistler definitely has more to offer than just the ski hill - you'd probably love it here in the summer months - less crowds, great hiking, biking, etc. Hope to see you back again in Whistler again soon! Kind Regards, Shaun Freeman - General Manager.
