Good for travelers who wants to stop over a day or two on a budget. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you going till lunch. Location is just great..less than 10mins walk to the fish market and shops. You can hop on/off bus no.2 just right outside the hostel which is a plus. It's my second stay here but it'd great if you give the toilet a little touch up..either wise everything is thumbs up!

as hostel workers ourselves, Claudia has shown what a true host should be. she has all the criteria ticked. however, not quite impress with the service given by the girl who was working on the morning shift at the reception. we asked help with directions but she showed little interest in helping. we thought it was just us but her tone of voice to a guy wasn't right as well. when we departed we were like invincible. i am sure something can be done to make future guest's stay a more enjoyable one.

would be great if you could setup internet router on the higher levels. so we can surf the net in the dorm and we dont have to hang around the spiral staircase and put up with the extra loud music which kinda make some look pathetic since you dont have a lounge area for the night already. cleanliness can be improved in the kitchen area. other than that, i enjoyed my stay.

everything was fine. most things are easily located just by walking distance. hope you can get a proper signage for your hostel. that will ease your future guest from walking rounds getting lost cause there was none at all in the back alley or anywhere and it made the hunting even worse. not everyone can understand the roads.

it be nice if hair dryers were provided for use. thought it was pricey for a dormitory as you can get a pivate room half the price afew streets down for a double room. wifi was good. the pool is great chill out after your long day. the power kept tripping during my stay so it was rather annoying.

if you could install the toilet & shower room doors with locks, that would be great. gives other travelers a more sense of security during their stay.
