Kabul Backpackers Hostel

-Don't stay here if you are worried about valuables getting stolen. Very dodgy crowd and hostel staff seem very suss. -They dont have powerpoints in the room so you are forced to charge in the common room (wifi in common room is terrible) -They have very good organised tours and social events. However they dont take you to any bars which Barcelona is famous for. They only take you to the big nightclubs which are extremely overpriced. It had the feel that we were just an atm for them.

Great social hostel. Although it is not within walking distance of the main area, Barcelona is so spread out it is good that this hostel is halfway between 2 of the major metro lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city with only 1 metro change. The pub crawls are great and the organised social events are awesome. Really clean, and extensive kitchen with supermarket just across the street.

La Posada de Huertas

They only have 1 staff member working the counter so when you need service you often have to wait 10-15 minutes, and even then they are not helpful. They didnt have maps the 2 days i was there and told me they had run out. It does not take 2 days to get new maps, this was just ridiculous. They offered no city orientation and the walking tour and pub crawls they recommend were terrible and complete rip offs as the walking tour guide spoke bad english, and the pub crawl took us to expensive bars.

awesome hostel, dont change a thing. Do the walking tour, i have done walking tours all over europe and this was by far the best. He takes you all around lisbon showing the city from the perspective of someone who lives there and also some of the lesser known sites.

The beds are terrible, they are just too small and cramped and there is next to no floor space in the room so everyone is just living ontop of each other.

It is extremely easy to find as it is right on a tram line so when you arrive you are completely stress free. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and with really reasonable prices. The location is close to cheap food, the old city attractions, the ferry wharf and also a tram line if you want to head over to taksim. The common room is extremely social and always has people up there in the afternoons chilling out preparing for the night ahead. wifi in rooms and free breakfast. STAY HERE!!

Great hostel as the staff treat you like family and go out of their way to make sure you have a fun time. I was there during a very quiet period for novi sad and still had a really fun time.

great staff and very knowledgeable. kebab and curry-worst shops within 30 seconds walk. good location as just one stop away from alexanderplatz. good wifi speed and great place to chill out on your own laptop. best pillows ive ever had at a hostel, cheap washing machines and kitchen. there needs to be more hostel organised events at night as there are lots of people but it wasnt as social i found as advertised.
