a lovely family run hotel with friendly and courteous staff, has an amazing pool , pity the weather didnt allow us to use it. Has it own restaurant and theme night meals at very reasonable rates. a 15 min walk to the city so maybe a little out the way but it was nice and good way to walk off the meal if you were eating out . I would be happy to stay here again

for a three star it didnt have much to offer, breakfast was served in the smallest dinning room i have ever seen, and it wasn't that inviting at all. the reception is located at another hotel about 100 meters down the road and if you wanted wifi thats were you had to go and sit. the room was a bit cramped for the 4 of us , but it wasn't to bad, clean and well presented on arrival ,the hotel is located within a short walk from the stations , some nice restaurants and cafes .

due to renovations we were shuttled to the other side of montorossa to two two units at the fringe of the town. the first unit was terrible damp and musty, dirty linen in the cupboard, both had stair cases that were coming off the walls , and they were so small we couldnt get our luggage into the bedroom located upstairs on a mezanine. fans were so low we couldnt use them , death trap! We ended up door knocking other hotels for vacencies as we couldnt stay. still had to pay for one night + depo

one of the best hotels i have stayed in whilst in italy, compared with the other 3 star hotels this one is 5 star . good size room , free wifi and cable tv with english capabilities, close to the metro line , just a very short walk . only bad thing about the ester was the stair climb , but there is a elevator

quite nice aparments located above the restuarant , very secure having to go through 4 doors to enter the room. the continental breakfast is nice with a NICE coffee ,juice ,a choice of a nice pastry item from the selection available, discounted meals for dinner, and a happy hour to die for. The happy hour was something to experience. only bad point is that there is no reception as such and you need to go into the bar to check in out , the location is a bit scrappy but we never had any issues
