This guest house has WiFi which works well. A view I read before going said it didn't but perhaps the person hadn't seen the password which is on a cupboard door near the big guests' fridge.

We really enjoyed staying in this hostel. It has a great atmosphere friendly staff. It is easy to find which is really good as the medina is difficult just follow to the letter (or should I say the metre) their directions and you won't go wrong. All in all it was a great start to our 10 day holiday in Morocco in October 2013.

Duermevela Hostel

I have stayed in a lot of hostels over a long number of years and this is one of the best. It has only been a hostel for a few months and it has a very comfortable homely atmosphere. The bathrooms are wonderful, there is a large TV for films in the big attic lounge. The location is great only two minutes from Segovia's Roman aqueduct. The owner/manager is very nice, friendly, full of information and speaks excellent English.

This hostel was in a great location within walking distance of all Madrid's important monuments. The owner/manager was pleasant and helpful, though she didn't speak much English, however, as she spoke some Italian we were able to communicate through that language. There aren't a lot of public areas, just a small lounge. The kitchen was well stocked. Madrid is more expensive than many parts of Spain but considering the location this was good value.
