Pros: the view is great, staff friendly, living room spacious and comfy, kitchen good. Cons: dorms have noisy fans which aren't effective enough and mattresses aren't firm anymore (too worn). There wasn't much social vibe amongst the travellers when I was there (for Saturday night quite boring).

We liked the real "being on vacation" feeling in this ski hut style hostel with the garden around and the beach nearby and therefore we were glad that we didn't stay in a hostel in the town centre. Staff is very friendly, supermarkets are close and it's easy to go by bus to town or other spots. Try the steak "bife de lomo" at the "El Boloche" restaurant - it's fantastic!

The hostel has everything you need, I especially liked the comfy kitchen. I didn't sleep well because 1) the rooms that go to the front are too hot at night, because the sun heats them up in the afternoon (better take the 10 bed dorm in the back) and 2) you can hear the noise of people talking in the garden at night (after midnight) in the room.

Poor kitchen facilities (old broken pans, not enough cups), WiFi works only sporadically and very slow. Bathrooms are strange (shower and toilet are each separated with a door from the room, but the sink is in the room), the room was otherwise ok (spacious, clean, beds with firm matresses). Common areas are spacious but therefore impersonal. One day they ran out of toilet paper in the morning and only got new one at around 7pm because I asked for it (you always have to ask for a new roll).

This hostel has everything you need (good breakfast, hot showers with high pressure, firm matresses, etc.) plus super friendly and care taking staff. Thank you for your hospitality, Anna and Alejandro!
