very good facilities, nice atmosphere and an awesome value for money. Totally recomended
I loved the hostel, it has an excelent location, a very good bar and a great kitchen. One of the best I had seen.
The breakfast was very bad and you have to pay to get a better one, there's a tv in front of the bed that can't be turn off and has an annoying light that bothers while sleeping. It's hard to get to the hostel and very expensive. Also, England has a different power plug than the rest of Europe, reception does not lend adapters but sells them, instead of other hostels I had previously been.
Venice is a very expensive city, however, this was a very good hostal (a bit smelly because of the humidity, but all Venice is like that) and very good located, a few steps from the train station.
Really good location and staff. Everyone was very polite and helpfull with everything, they understood multiple languages, handed us maps and told us everything we asked about. They provided towels and cleaning supplies (first one we saw that did that) and had movies and books to borrow.
The hostal is located near the Vatican and has a lot of supermarkets nearby, it's very secure and has an elevator. We didn't speak in english with the owner but he probably didn't speak it at all. Really good value for the money.
