We arrived at 7 in the morning with a night bus on Sunday, there was nobody waiting to have a room except us and we had to wait until 12:30 to have a room. Staff were unfriendly, and didn't try to make us comfortable and we had to ask them 3 times to know what's going on! The hostel wasn't full, and it's a big one (many floors) and they weren't understanding to the fact we were very tired. We had the impression that they're just here to make money! only good thing, close to ferry and train!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived before the check in hours, and they did their best for us not to wait too long. And the day we checked out, we had a bus at 11pm and they allow us to stay in the hostel with our luggage all day. There is a bar and DJ, good music, but not noisy overnight. Close to the walk along the lake, very close to center and supermarket. Good location.

A little bit far from bus station, not really convenient when you have suitcase! But the place is clean, there's a nice garden to relax, the kitchen is well furnished. Good enough for one night for us!

We stayed just 2 nights. We could hire bikes for free and have a nice ride. It's just 5 min walk to the town. There's a spa and little swimming pool to relax. It's a quiet place and the facilities were very good.

The best hostel in Australia!! Family spirit, cool atmosphere, and if you want to feel like at home, you definitely have to go to Annie's place... Fran is the funniest, the most helpful and the warmest host we've ever met. 10 min walk to tram station, to the city center, supermarket and central market. Great and cheap bar in the hostel, nice music, nice rooms, nice people... If you're searching for a place to relax in Adelaide, you have to choose it!

The hostel is clean, the common area pretty, kitchen clean, good equipment in the kitchen, nice breakfast. But, they close the doors of the courtyard at 10pm, very early. sometimes they close it in the morning to clean the kitchen, so don't wake up late you can't have a breakfast! They take off the breakfast at 9:30am, 9:31 it's too late!!! the bathroom is not convenient, nothing where you can put your clothes, mixted toilets and showers. For me it's not the number 1...

First the good things: the double room was big and you have a short way to go downstairs to the pub, just follow the beerscent!! Otherwise, no charm, bathroom very dirty, coakroach in the kitchen, only one fork! very very noisy, specially wenesday and weekend. you can hear the noise like if you were in the same room. There's a night club and there is live concert, so the bass came over the room... so hard to sleep. very far from the city, beach, supermarket... well, not the place to be...
