Very friendly helpful staff, and also within easy walking distance of the space-needle complex and Pike market. Surrounded by bars and restaurants to boot.

This is a great little hostel, small and with a very convivial vibe. It's in a quiet area too, with plenty of street parking if you're driving, and only a few blocks from downtown.

The other reviews probably summarise it; there's nothing really wrong as such, there's just better hostels around. The location is an issue, but the shuttle does actually work fairly well and ultimately you're probably just going to head out in the morning and return in the evening, and for that it's a pretty minor inconvenience. Wifi doesn't extend to the rooms, which means that the common room is full of people on phones and laptops... but that seems to be fairly universal these days too.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in so far. It's a block from the bus station, a metro, and a bixi (bike rental) rack. The staff are really helpful, breakfast is above most hostels (bonus points for protein -- hard-boiled eggs -- as well as just toast), and so on.

It's worth noting that the free breakfast is limited to 4 items (including your coffee). It's not the greatest place I've stayed in, but there's nothing overly wrong with it either. It's in a reasonable location, and the view from the roof is definitely worth checking out.

Excellent location, on the edge of the tourist section of town, and just a block away from many excellent cafes. Wifi was excellent (multiple access points on all floors!), but my room only had a couple of power points if you needed to charge your wifi device.

Very conveniently located. Quite buzzing atmosphere; it seems like a party joint, but still easy to relax and sleep if you don't feel like sleeping in.

Nice, clean, and quiet. Great location, and staff were exceptionally helpful. Powerpoints everywhere was an added bonus!
