Very helpful staff that let us use a room for free while waiting for our night bus to the border. Good restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. Charity 'White Bycicle' hire available for a good cause for €2 around the corner. 30min cycle to Angkor. Very happy and thankful for our time here.
Nice chillout area outside - close to the market and river front.
Great place with great staff - Kim is a brilliant source of information and advice. There are two My My Arthouse - the main one is closer to the main street - the second one is hidden in the depth of the maze of backalleys in Saigon - great fun finding your way - yummy vermicelli and spring rolls as well as fruit shakes near both places. 1 Day Mekong Tour not so exciting but the tunnels are an experience
Best value for money with central location and excellent service. The staff offered to upgrade us for free to a huge superb private room to accommodate two other travellers that wanted to stay another night in the dorm - very clean and great facilities to the lowest price in Vietnam so far - can only highlight recommend this place!! Enjoy :)
Very good value for money - really nice and helpful staff. Great rooms, spacious and clean with windows to both sides. Yummy restaurant for great value next door :) highly recommend this place
Amazing staff, very very helpful and uplifting. The receptionist booked our onward travel and also helped us organize our stay in and transport to the National Park, which proved rather difficult. We were given a very generous bottle of local vino for our New Year's eve and were greeted thoroughly every morning by each member of staff. The breakfast is also very yummy. All very positive apart from some drops of water occasionally dripping from the ceiling along the window/ room from condensation
Thanks to the super friendly staff that helped us with our bus ticked, organized a lift to the bus stop within 5 minutes and did not charge us a night we already booked but could not stay...for breakfast we had a deliciouse choice and were more than full and happy afterwards :) when we booked a scooter they told us where to go, what is best to check out and which roads we should avoid...any question we had- they knew what to do and had enormouse patience when explaining...
The hostel advertised different extras to what was available on arrival (one being a heat source during a cold winter in Sapa). The first room we were given had a broken window frame and a stream of water running down the wall next to one of the beds. Once we refused to stay in this room we waited another few hours and got given a better room with a mobile heater. The hostel was the family business and resulted in quite noisy early mornings due to the construction of holes between bathrooms.....
Special thanks to Kim and David for being so generous with their time, effort, information and attention to detail when dealing with each one of their guests. They truly succeed in making everyone feel very welcome and at home in their hostel. Their everyday smiles and abundance of friendliness and plentiful local knowledge and sharing of information was incredible and certainly left them in a good place in our memories of Vietnam. Many thanks and all the best :) x.x
