We were picked up at the hostel within 20 minutes and brought to a different address after calling about the reservation. This was closer to the underground station and we got upgraded to an ensuite room with no additional costs. Room, bed and bathroom were nice and clean. Shared kitchen was fine too. Walls are thin, but no noise at night. Overall a good experience.

Excellent hostel, quiet location, close to termini station, connections with bus 310 and not too far from a metro station (policlino i believe). Great pizza place across the street. Free wifi and free use of their PC with internet. Showers, toilets, kitchen and floors seem to be cleaned daily. Comfortable bed. Excellent friendly and very helpful staff. Includes breakfast, which is always a plus.

14-Bedroom was quite nice, good beds, clean sheets, doors seperating half of the room, so not too many beds together, plenty of lockers inside the room. Bathroom was smelly and mould inside the shower cabin. Shared kitchen much too small for such a big hostel with dirty oven, old bent baking pans. Overall, not a cozy place, maybe due to size and setup, it seemed more like a hotel.

We are glad that you liked our rooms. Thank you for your advice concerning the kitchen. We're just planning to renew it in a way that it is more spacious and also renew all the kitchen equipment.

Really homely place, easy to meet new people, very friendly atmosphere. Mattresses are bad, good enough to sleep on but could feel the springs inside. The room was too hot due to heating, we slept with the windows open (in december). Toilets could be cleaned better.
