The New York Loft Hostel

New York, USA

Morning receptionist acted like you had interrupted something very important when you wanted to ask a question. Afternoon/evening receptionist is amazing, very friendly and helpful with a great knowledge of Brooklyn. Rooms are huge by hostel standards and the place is really well set out and has great facilities. Really close to the subway so Manhattan is easy to get to. Great place to stay.

Hostel Quetzal

This hostel is excellent, don't stay anywhere else in CancĂșn. Breakfast is cooked not your standard bread and jam, and the dinners are tasty and a great way to meet everyone at the hostel. The staff are suoer helpful. The hostel will transport you to whichever nightspot they're hitting that night. Seriously an excellent hostel.

Excellent hostel. A little rough around the edges but the staff and chilled out, friendly vibe of the hostel more than make up for it. Good breakfast. Great events and very close to Playa nightlife. The beach is also a short walk away too. Stay at this hostel if you want to meet people.

This hostel is in a very secure location but still close to the centre of the city. There are lots of awesome cheap lunch places nearby where you can eat for less than 5 soles. The hostel has AMAZING facilities.

HI-Inka Pacha

Copacabana, Bolivia

Diirections given are misleading. It is one of the furthest away hostels and hard to find. There are no lockers so make sure you have a lock for your bag. If you want to do an early check out, make sure to pay the day prior or be prepared to wake up the staff. The bathroom facilities are standard for Isla del Sol. Most toilets on the island do not flush and it is rare to have a hot shower. It is a little expensive for the facilities and service given.

Mate is an excellent hostel. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. There are excellent areas to sit and hang out till the early hours of the morning meeting your fellow travellers. Hopefully you stay there when there is an asado, not to be missed! Highly recommend this hostel.

Totem Hostel

The hostel is clean and functional enough. Guadalupe is very helpful. But the hostel just has no vibe, no common place to sit and hang out with people. Good hostel if you want a quiet stay but not good if you want to meet people.
