The staff were very helpful. One was a bit rude but ok. Would be good if wifi was in the rooms. Maybe some lounges and a bar would be nice too.

A party backpackers in a good location. Hot water system wasn't that good though so I had a cold shower which made me quite displeased. It's cold in Hanoi in January in case you didn't know.

The wifi needs strengthening. Didn't reach the room and barely made the edge of the common area. The atmosphere is very much about partying which is cool. I arrived at 5.30 and people were already drunk and passed out.

It's much further from town than it seems, though the walk is nice. The staff are very abrupt. They ho from being really fun, to really rude. They made us change rooms and were very rude about it. The breakfast is very very good.

The place was great. Staff are very helpful, the rooms were very clean and there are good lockers in the dorms. The only downside for me was that there is no real common area and the kitchen is small so for meeting people not that great. But everything else was great
