More like a hotel with the atmosphere of a hostel! Best hostel I've stayed in in New Zealand! Reception area brings a great atmosphere when you arrive. Great location. Only bad thing I could say is that with it being so big, maybe there could be another kitchen area? Was always so busy. Same with the hot tub but i guess that's to be expected!
Great staff Great location, close to shops & centre of town Loved Rotorua it's self, so much to do!
Good little hostel however not a great deal to do in Hamilton it's self. Massage chairs were a good touch! And nice and close to supermarket
Brilliant stay here for my partners birthday! Can't believe how close it is to whangarei falls, literally 2 mins! Staff are lovely as were our rooms. we loved the hot tub! And also the bbq area outside. only downfall was that the free wifi wasn't working but that couldn't be helped
Was dissapointed to not be sharing a room with my partner as we did book together and expect to be in the same dorm, however we did book very last minute and wad lucky to find somewhere with beyonce being in town!
We love Carrot the dog!! Very clean, best shower we've had in Thailand (we've visited 9 places in all). DVD player was a nice touch especially as we had a lot of rain during our stay.
Brilliant stay here! Highlights: 1. The restaurant, We've come to Thailand from Rome and the food really does meet up to the Italian standard! 2. Location is spot on. Right near the beach, restaurants, shops and bars but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. 3. Our room had a DVD player, perfect chance to watch the cheap knockoffs we got whilst in Koh Samui! 4. Lovely staff :) Only bad thing I'd say is the shower wasn't that poweful.
Fantastic staff, very friendly and welcoming! Beautiful view of the sunset from balcony Good location, just a short walk to everything The problem with ants definitley needs fixing though, we had a few infestations in our room because of it Also no bin in room
Owners are really nice. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The sunshine roma is a 5/10 minutes walk to the train station and colloseum (one in either direction.) We did find it hard to find when we first got down the street as the entrance is just a brown door with no sign outside. But once you find it you'll find it every time no problem. The wifi connection is also great which was ideal as we are backpacking and its exactly what we need.
