This is a lovely hostel, it's a small place with lots of character. We met some great people here hanging out in the lounge where they have a tv, sofa, games room and lots of seating. The entire place is very clean and the dorms are pretty spacious. They have lockers and plenty of power sockets. Staff were nice and helpful and generally the hostel and Santa Barbara are a great place to relax. It's a 15 min walk to the main strip but everything you need is close.

We stayed here to relax before and after the 4 day inca trail. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm just for the two of us. It was clean, spacious and nice and quiet. You can also lock the room and take the key with you. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and perfect for our needs at the time. We watched a DVD and played in the games room as well. About 10 - 15 mins walk from the main plaza which is no problem.

Clean hostel, great location. This is a quiet place, there is no real communal area so the atmosphere is lacking. No lockers in rooms, so you need to lock the door. The staff accused us of working for another tour agency and called my girlfriend crazy. NOT NICE PEOPLE IF YOU LOOK TO BOOK TOURS ELSEWHERE IN TUPISA!

Great place, location, character and the staff were wonderful. The pool, bar and garden are lovely, a great place to cool off in the very hot climate. Breakfast was also good with fresh fruit as well. Highly Recommended! The only thing I could think of for an improvement would be to add some more plug sockets in the mixed dorm and a few more lockers/draws that could be locked for a travelers peace of mind! the place was very secure anyway.

Great location with a good atmosphere. Good breakfast, loads of plug sockets in rooms and lockers for the biggest of bags. Staff are super helpful . We found tours cheaper elsewhere but that's often the case. Highly recommended.

This hostel was in a great location, 5 mins walking distance to pretty much everything. We had a private room which meant we could lock the door and store everything in the lockers. The staff were pleasant although we didn't stay very long to see how their advice was. The Internet was good. On the downside it was dirty, we used our own sheets and very small throughout with only one bathroom. There wasn't much atmosphere or space to create one. The lockers were wooden and falling apart.
