No complaints. Stayed for one night, was fairly clean and comfortable.
Wifi worked well Lack of air conditioner during the day was a little annoying as weather was really hot but it was cool at night so that was fine. Lorenzo and his family are really friendly and i do like the authentic Ottoman feel of the place. Its situated within the unesco site and isnt too far from the berat castle (we took a cab up which costs 500 leks).

we stayed there in a private room for 2 nights. the wifi was fast, toilets were a little small but acceptable, staff were friendly and the room was spacious. the neighbourhood looked a little shady but i didn't feel threatened or anything, just some graffiti on the walls. overall i thought it was pretty good
Wifi was decent but broke down for several hours on swcond day due to rain. Hostel is a little far from center and hd to take a bus for half hr from city centre. The hostel is located on a super huge plot of land, u can see animals around like geese and ostrichs and a caged toucan. The receptionist was friendly but her english wasnt too good. At least she used google translate to communicate. The boss was friendly and have us a ride to the bus terminal
