Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were well laid out and not cramped, beds comfortable and ensuite was great. Breakfast had a good variety including fruit, cereals and yoghurt. Common area was really big and WIFI worked well in the common area, but unfortunately not in my room. Have recommended already and would stay again!
The room was quite big, stayed in a 4 bed female dorm. Wifi worked okay in the rooms. Shuttle bus into Cinque Terre towns was convenient. Kitchen was disgusting, fridge hadn't been cleaned out in god knows how long (food was all mouldy), even the kettle was grose. The price was reasonable compared to staying in the villages themselves, but they could definitely clean the kitchen.
Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be accommodation. Rooms were spacious and clean, ensuite was a bonus. Bed was comfortable (I managed to score a double bed in the 6-bed mixed dorm). Breakfast was as expected, cereals, tea & coffee and toast. We could use the kitchen, fridges etc which was great. Was a bit of a walk from the main bus stop (approx 30mins), but could make it to the royal mile in about 15 mins. Would stay again if I didn't have to catch early connections.
I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm with ensuite. Room was the largest room I've ever stay in at a hostel, with single beds (no bunks!!), a fridge and microwave, table and desk. Breakfast was average, but you can use the kitchen to store extras eg yoghurt and fruit. Location is perfect! Staff were really friendly and more than accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!
I stayed 1 night because I had a tour leaving the next day. I arrived and someone was in my bed, front reception made a big deal of it and got security to come to my room. Rooms were VERY cramped, beds super uncomfortable, no aircon so really hot in the middle of the night. Staff not very friendly nor helpful. Would not stay here again. (stayed in a 12 bed female dorm - all that was available at the time)
I travelled to Athens alone and booked a single room. The location isn't too bad, it is about a 10 minute walk from the metro, but the area isn't too nice. I was a single female traveller and was often warned not to walk the streets alone after dark and was followed at one stage. The hostel itself isn't bad. The rooms were clean, the wifi worked well and breakfast was included. Although there was not much variety for breakfast, you get what you pay for. The staff at reception were friendly.
Fantastic hostel, absolutely perfect location. Rooms were immaculate. Ensuites small but suitable, larger showers in the hallway. WiFi was fantastic, breakfast was really yummy. I had yoghurt with muesli and some cheese and meat on bread with juice. There was also tea and coffee. Would have liked there to be fruit but was still great. Couldn't ask for more from a hostel for the price!
The hostel was a little bit out of the city centre, but a very short walk to the tram stop. The bathroom was small, smelt funny and the shower was dirty. The rooms were sufficient, the beds not very comfortable but the heater worked well. Breakfast was bread with jam, peanut butter or chocolate spread with tea or coffee - not very good, but you get what you pay for. Morning staff were very friendly and helpful with the tours etc.
