it was nice to have breakfast included. wished it was closer to the center, but you could still walk there if you wanted. walking directions from the train station would be nice

The bathrooms were constantly clogged, but they told me a hundred times and emailed me that it is a work in progress and would be completed in the next few months. I got stuck in the 5 person elevator because there are 6 people...and then they got mad at me for not seeing the small little 5 on the inside of the elevator before i got in it...but having my own room with my friends was nice

Dear Guest, I’m sorry to hear that we perhaps have not met your expectations for your stay on this occasion. We are constantly looking to make improvements to our facilities, and we are at the moment in the process of re-designing Generator London. The property will see all upgraded facilities and accommodation by the end of October 2013, so we hope you would consider us again for your future London trips. I hope you weren’t caused to much inconvenience and we’d love to see you again soon. Best Wishes Lenny Hughes – GM Generator London

Would have been a great trip until this was the only location that wouldn't accept photocopies of passports (I am studying in Italy and traveling within Italy with copies is fine and safer than bringing my passport everywhere) so I had to pay for the night I didn't stay. It would have been fine until the clerk threatened to call the police on us because we didn't have passports because she claimed not having them is illegal. Which we learned later is not true.
