The Staff where very friendly and helpful in regards to where things where located and how to get there within the town and helping organise onwards travel. The food is very good in the Hostel - Big plate of food :) The rooms where clean and she showers where hot. It had an area to chill out and watch TV if you wanted, so easy to meet people here. For the price its VERY good.

The place is very nice - Air CON is soooo nice to have in the rooms!! The hostel is very clean and good to meet people - about 5 minutes walk into the old town or u can get a tuk tuk. We very much enjoyed our stay here and met lots of nice poeple - all the staff where helpful but there was 1 RUDE and IGNORANT member of staff who makes up his own rules in the hostel when it suits him. But apart from that a nice hostel.

This place is so well looked after. The manager Auntie Amie is incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. Dorms are nice- Air conditioned which is a must in Singapore! Bathrooms are well maintained. The garden patio is a great place to sit and socialise. Breakfast is provided and Auntie Amie is happy enough to give it to you at any time! Check in times are extremely flexible! She served us free dinner on her birthday and does this regularly- Absolutely lovely lady! Thank you Auntie Amie!

This place is brilliant! Location is great. Bathrooms are amazing- Extremely clean and a great standard. The hostel also has a large TV lounge which is beautifully decorated and truly makes you feel like you are at home. There is also a cafe and a bar here to use if you wanted to. Kitchen is good- A little on the small side but not an issue really. This place is decorated to such a high standard you do not feel like you are in a hostel- More like a hotel. Brilliant place.

What a great place to stay! Loved the hot spa and the bar for night time. These two things made the hostel really! The rooms were ok but could be quite cold. Apart from the Glacier there isn't much to do in Franz Josef so stay here as it is a very sociable place. Can be busy with Kiwi Experience people etc. Suggestions for improvement? Update the bathrooms and kitchen a bit- Especially the kitchen as it gets VERY busy at night time and you have to wait for a while to cook!

A very lively hostel. Nice to have a free meal every night. Good facilities like the cinema and the sauna. Bathrooms were also very clean and bedrooms were spacious. A good place to meet people and party if that is what you are after but if you want something a bit quieter then don't stay here!

This is a lovely hostel.Great beds and common areas. The male member of staff (unfortunately cant't remember his name) was very rude- Told us he was on his break so he couldn't check us in and didn't offer us anywhere else to go. We sat in the reception area and asked a few minutes later for the wifi code and he refused to give us even that as he was 'on his break' Apart from that a great place to stay. Standard of facilities was high although the bathroom could have a clean more than once a day

Staff are excellent at helping you book tours around Rotorua- We found them very honest and helpful with their advice regarding the different trips available. Wifi is free at this hostel but only works in certain areas! Kitchen is great- Usually very quiet and clean so easy to cook in! Plenty of shower/ toilet facilities. A few activities are also organised so good to get people together. A good hostel to stay in!

Really enjoyed staying in this hostel- We were there for almost a week. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen always very clean. Great atmosphere but mostly created by the guests and not the staff! Pool is a great place to meet people! Bar was open only from 4pm but you could buy drinks from reception if you wanted. Spacious dorms as well. Would highly recommend this hostel! A good hostel in La Paz. Good location for the Witches Market and shops/ restaurants. Happy to supply Coca Tea if you are suffering from altitude sickness. Bedrooms are nice- Very trendy! Roof top terrace is lovely but jacuzzi wasn't in action when we were there- Not sure if it most of the time! Showers were pretty weak but I think that is to be expected for most of La Paz! A great place to stay when in La Paz!

Brilliant hostel. Location was excellent even though Uyuni is a small place. Very warm bedding which is definitely needed in Uyuni! Good breakfast! Not sure if staff would be happy to help you book Salt Flat tours so be careful when you go to the various offices and book. Highly doubt there is a better hostel here.

This is in a perfect location- Right opposite the bus terminal so brilliant to make your way to after a long bus journey! The staff were extremely helpful- They sorted our trip to the falls out for us with no problems at all. The hostel is great for meeting people and has a good kitchen and pool area which makes it fun to relax after a day at the falls. The only downfall is the showers are quite cold so be prepared! Brilliant hostel though and very worthwhile staying here!

This will be an excellent hostel when it is finished being built- At the moment there is quite a lot of building noise during the day but it doesn't take away from how lovely this hostel is. The furnishings are very modern and clean and the wifi/ relaxation area is excellent. The only downside is that the private rooms have bunk beds and not double beds which isn't ideal. Overall an excellent hostel and would highly recommend it.
