We booked a 6 bed dorm and got a 8 bed dorm. If you like to use soap, you have to bring your own, there was none in the bathrooms. But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay, because the atmosphere in the bar donwnstairs is really nice. The perfect place to meet new people and we also joined the free city walk form the Hostel and this was one of our best experiences in Bruges. So I would recommend the Hostel. I think it's a good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at Malaga Lodge. The most positive experience we made was the atmosphere, because the owner and the houskeeper were so helpful and friendly. Even though it's not located next to the beach or directly in the center, you just need a short walk of about 10-15 minutes or you can take the bus. We definitely recommend Malaga Lodge and would stay there again. It's a place to feel at home.

In general it was okay, but we first booked a 4 bed dorm and when we arrived we were told that we were "upgraded" to a 8 bed dorm, because the 4 bed dorm didn't have a window. We took a look at the 4 bed dorm and it smelled horrible so we stayed in the 8 bed dorm. If I had known this before I would have booked another hostel. They could have given the information in the description.

It was worth paying the money, but it was not so clean as we hoped. We stayed there 3 nights and it was OK, the breakfast is really good! The loud music in all common rooms is really bad, because there is no chance to skype. The internet did not work in our room, just in the common areas.

I have never seen such a big hostel, but it's well organized. We enjoyed staying there for 3 nights.

One night in the hostel was ok, but we did not enjoy it. We slept in a dormitory for 5 people and it was too small for all the people and backpacks. It smelled really bad, but the air condition worked (at least). The breakfast was okay and there were just 2 bathrooms in the whole hostel. We did not feel comfortable so we decided to change the hostel for the last night, there we paid 10 Pesos more but got a much better service. So in relation to our second hostel I would not recommend this one.
