This place is amazing, and amazing value for money too. The dorm room was clean, comfy and tidy, it even had real beds! The guy on reception had excellent English and was really helpful as were the guys on the bar. I would recommend a stay here! Although it is a bit far out from everything, but then again you have to get a tuk-tuk most places in P.P anyway. Also the food is pretty pricey but it makes up for the cheap room.

I thought it was a great hostel in a great location, being two minutes away from kings cross underground is amazingly useful. The only quam I have with the hostel is there were loads of drugs bad alcohol going on right by the hostel steps going on till the early hours, it was really annoying and hard to sleep. But great staff, really useful and friendly, hostel has a really homey vibe, great place, loved it!!!

I had an amazing time at this hostel. the family style set up and giant kitchen table make it really easy to meet people. The harbour, the sea side swimming pool and the mall are all only 5 minutes away. The bring your own booze option is very useful, especially when planning on going to gilligans across the road for a night out. Just don't rely upon the free meal, the portions aren't really big enough to be classed as dinner, but will keep you going if you're trying to stretch a budget.

I thought it was a great hostel. Clean, friendly, great location, the place is massive. Some of the reviews I've read are very unfair on the hostel. yes some of the beds don't have ladders but there not that high up, the girls toilet windows can be seen out off, but there's no one there to see you, they look out onto rooftops, the bathrooms are cleaned daily, clean linen provided, a great kitchen and storage facilities. Remember people, you are backpacking! not staying in the Ritz!,
