The staff was helpful, only the shower was not that great, as the hot water didn't come out as 'hot'.

Actually, Salzburg is pretty small, and it is easy to find the hostel once you get used to the map. However, I think the instructions given by the staff is not helpful because by going the other way than the main exit, I can get there easier and with a much shorter walk. So if you're good with reading maps, just follow your way out, rather than the map instructions! And everything else is ok!
hi there. it is true that there is a faster way to the hostel. but a lot of people prefere public transport, supermarkets and so on. it's still very easy to find us. all the best from salzburg, yoho office :)

The stay was wonderful. I bought a really bad sim card but the staff was helpful with it. Also during my stay our shower equipment broke but the staff sent a guy right away next day and it was fixed soon. Location was good as LKF was really near and tram was nearby.

I picked this hostel just because I would be there for a short 1 night stay and because it said that there would be a 24 hour desk... but when we arrived after 11pm, the desk had been closed from 10pm and when we called the owner did not speak english and told us to come the next day at 10 am. They should have known that we booked for only 1 night and that means that we would fly back to Barcelona the next day. I didn't want to pay for this night because we stayed at another hotel.

It had so many things that was pricey for a hostel. Towels, laundry was extremely expensive compared to all the other hostels. Even though it was spacey and had a nice shower, would not come again, because it was only near to the Camp Nou(?) but not the other areas....
Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. We always try to make our best the make the our visitors feel like home. We are based within 10 minutes from the city center. In relation with the cost of towels ( 3€ per set during all your stay) and laundry ( 7€ wash and dry), we think that we are completely on the market price. We don’t charge for anything else ( lockers, linen….) Enjoy the rest of your trip!!

I really like it because it was clean and we had free towels. Even though we had a lot of heavy luggage and the YPO rooms did not have elevators it was not a big problem because the owner helped us carry all of the luggage. And it is really near all the places! Especially loved the coffee machine!

the only prob was that this hostel did not have an elevator.... which was only inconvenient for only me because I had a lot of luggage and did not think about this until the last minute... the rest was ok

It was nice cuz I stayed in a room for girls only. But the sensor when taking a shower was too sensitive and turned off after 1 minute so I had to constinuously wave my hand every minute it was uncomfortable and also scary. Though it had a nice atmosphere, but it didn't have a free luggage room, I had to pay for it.

We liked it, though the shower in the hostel was not that good cuz it shoot water right under the wall and you had to stick your body to the wall to get wet. Else than that it was ok!.
