Hostel e Pousada El Shaddai

Foz do Iguacu, Brazil

We stayed here for two nights in June. The staff were friendly and we organised a trip to the Argentinian side of the Iguassu Falls through them for 99 reals, which was good. The breakfast was really good, and we also used the small kitchen to cook, which was fine.

Hostal CasArte Takubamba

Sucre, Bolivia

We stayed here for 3 nights in early June and had a lovely stay. We had a private twin room with ensuite which was very clean and comfortable. The hostel is a little further from the centre, but not too far to walk and we felt safe walking back in the evening. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Would stay here again and definitely recommend Sucre as a city.

Stayed for 2 nights in May.. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean. Breakfast was also great and the hostel is just a few minutes walk to the main street. We would definitely stay there again - very good value for money.

This hostel is a little further out of the centre, but not too far to walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a 4 bed dorm room, which was very clean and spacious, but the bathroom is shared by quite a few people. We left our belongings here whilst doing the Inca Trail, which was no problem at all and was very safe. We would stay here again.

Jackaroo Hostel Mission Beach

Mission Beach, Australia

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Jackaroo. The hostel is in a beautiful location. Although it is a little way from Mission Beach, there is a regular shuttle bus or free cycle hire. The staff were friendly and took us to Josephine waterfalls one afternoon which were beautiful. The best hostel we have stayed at in all Australia and would definitely go back!

We stayed here for 4 nights during mardi gras and had a great time in sydney. Hostel is very clea, and showers good. There were a lot of long stayers and the kitchen could get quite busy, but we still met lots of other backpackers.

Very close to Chow Kit station, so very easy to get around. Showers were clean and there was an area to watch DVDs too. Also, free internet which was a plus. Doesn't look much from the outside, but is great for just few nights stay in KL.

Koh Tao Backpackers Hostel

Koh Tao, Thailand

Good location - close to the beach and all main bars and restaurants. 8 bed dorm was a little cramped and showers weren't very clean. If we were to go back to Koh Tao, we would find a private bungalow for a similar price.
