Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking because we lost our flight to Budapest. The only thing we can evaluate is the staff: they were really nice and understandable when canceling our booking.

Great place! This is the kind of place for those who like to feel at home. Jorge is great! He made us feel very comfortable, he was very nice, polite and helpful. Extremely great value for money. There is a subway station near as well as supermarkets (Aldi and Lidl). Good kitchen to use. We will definitely book this loft when going back to Berlin. Great experience!

The staff was very nice and helpful (the best thing about this hostel). We did not like the bedroom, because it was too small for the number of beds, messy and a bit dirty. Great location. The kitchen is ok, but small.

Good hostel. Near Santa Maria Novella railway station. No kitchen to cook. The bedroom was great.

The owner let us stay in Antico Capon instead of Backpackers Hostel. Antico Capon was good and clean. The staff was nice. Great value for money. Would definitely stay there again. It was easy to find Campo Santa Margherita (but don't trust Google Maps to find it, use these coordinates to find it on Google Maps: 45.434444,12.323889).

Great value for money! The staff is very helpful and nice. The bedroom is a bit cold during winter, but the room had extra blankets. Good location. We would go back to this place.

Great location! Near the subway, La Rambla and the sea. Great staff also. The room was cold, so we had to use 2 blankets. There is no kitchen, just one small fridge and an eletric kettle. The wifi signal is poor depending on the room you are. The bedroom and the bathroom were a bit dirty, but not a big deal.

Great staff! They were very nice, friendly and polite! They made our stay totally worth it! The only thing to notice is that the hostel is a little far from the city center (about 35 min walking), but there is a tram stop right in front of the hostel, so if you get tired you can take it. There is no breakfast, but they can heat your food in a microwave. There is a cheap and good supermarket in front of the hostel. The shower and the bed were very good!

Good hostel! Near the city center, the bus to the airport stops in front of the building and there was always a person in the reception (24 hours). Good breakfast. There was a kitchen (depending on the time it was a little overcrowded) that we could use as well as a fridge. The room was good but a bit cold.

Good hostel! Near the city center, bus station, subway station and The Lighthouse (Mackintosh). It has a Lidl just around the corner, as well as Poundland, Pizza Hut, McDonald's and KFC. It has a big kitchen that guests can use, the rooms are good, breakfast is included and we can leave our luggage there after checking out. There was only one thing we did not like: a member of staff threw away our food that was in the fridge (eventhough we put our name, room and date of leaving on it).
