Staff are pretty incompetent. The coffee always runs out and will be "ready in 5 minutes". Not once did I get a coffee while I ate my actual breakfast. The staff at the front counter were not very helpful. Decent location. Dirty bathrooms. They have a beautiful courtyard but there is a ping ping table in the middle. Try reading a book with ping pong balls hitting you every 5 minutes.

Great location. Minutes from Plaza de Armes, short bus to Mariflores and lots of parks close buy. Big old mansion converted. Lots of Character. Pretty busy spot but shuts down at a decent hour. Good showers and Internet.

Good modern hostel. Secure and decent location. The Internet was a real let down. It didn't work in the room and wasn't good enough for Skype calls.

Good food. Chilled out vibe away from downtown yet only minutes from several beaches. Fresh sheets daily and the owner is a sweetheart. Highly recommended for a chilled out few days by the beach.

Great spot and staff were helpful. Fellow travellers were very friendly and open. Could use an extra hammock or two.

Great location. Very close to restaurants and bars yet far enough end removed you feel safe. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was small but good.
