Decent hostel in Amsterdam not too far from the city centre and several must-see sights. Nice free breakfast (different sort of bread with several spreads, cereals, milk, yoghurt, coffee, orange juice..); clean and spacious rooms though maybe not that appealing, free wifi, no kitchen so no possibility to cook your own food, still we had a pretty good stay!

Great Hostel to stay in when in Sydney! 5 minute walk from the central Station and 10 minute walk tops to the CBD, Pitt Street, Queen Victoria Building etc. much better location than all the hostels around King's Cross. Also the circle line (i think it's the 555 bus) stops nearby the hostel and after that at several stations in the city centre. Decent breakfast, nice big rooms, free wifi.. would definitely go there again!

Decent hostel in Brisbane; at the most a 10 minute walk to the city centre; kitchen is quite small considering the amount of beds in the hostel, however it was never really jammed during our stay and the mornings were actually pretty quiet; unfortunately our room (female 3bed) was extremely small but I don't know how the other rooms are; also free wifi would have been nice. But other than that a good hostel to stay in when in Brisbane.
