The Cat's Pajamas Hostel

Berlin, Germany

Absolutely loved this hostel. It has a certain charm, a really comfortable lobby/lounge with a rocking chair! The rooms were also clean and well designed, the toilets had a rain shower which I loved. If you're looking for an alternative to a hotel, their single room is a fantastic option. They also provide free locks for their luggage lockers and a good city map of Berlin. Breakfast was also good (:

Fantastic views from the hostel, very friendly staff and free access to the swimming pool and for buses! Fantastic facilities (for free) and breakfast! They even had a relaxation and music room with a great mountain view. I would highly recommend this hostel!

Pretty small place that was packed because of the tourist season. Appreciated that they had a kitchen that was free for use. Only gripe is that they only have WiFi on the first floor.

Basel Back Pack

Appreciated the free mobility pass!

Hostel Kosy

Rijeka, Croatia

The receptionist was really friendly and welcoming! She definitely made my stay more pleasant, especially since the hostel is more like an apartment, so it was as if she was hosting us.

Tresor Hostel

Ljubljana, Slovenia

Loved the money theme throughout the hostel! Also appreciated the provision of towels and breakfast. The wifi was not so good in the 12 person room but better in the 4 person room so i would recommended the latter. Unfortunately, the airconditioning was not working when I was there, which made the room very stuffy. But overall, it was a nice stay

Wombats City Hostel Budapest

Budapest, Hungary

Very good location and facilities, the design was also fantastic. Enjoyed the free walking tour very much, reception was also friendly and gave good tips. Only gripe was that the WiFi didn't work all the time.

Mundo Hostel

Krakow, Poland

I was really impressed by the friendly staff at the reception and the huge spread of food at breakfast! It felt very homely and I loved that the rooms were themed according to countries.

Hotel Due Giardini

Milan, Italy

The reception was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was near the Lima Metro Station and the Milan Central Station, all for 25 euros per night. It was good value for money.

Hostel 7 Santi

Florence, Italy

Impressed with the room service provided (they made our beds) and the interesting keyboards at the computer terminals. However, the door was difficult to lock and unlock and we got woken up by the buzzing of mosquitos in the middle of the night. We also got bitten by said mosquitos. Breakfast was also not free.
