The location is good, as it's close to Victoria train station/metro and the Pimlico metro. There are stores in the area and it feels safe. The cleanliness of the hostel was questionable, dirty bathroom, very very dirty kitchen area. The staff were kind and willing to help. I think the heat in room 3 doesn't work at all, it was a pretty freezing night to be had.

It is a very big place and appeared to be clean. Location is good because it is just outside the city centre, so a nice little walk. Breakfast was amazing: bread with a variety of jams, a variety of yoghurts, cereals, fruits, ajuices..and a variety of coffees (a variety even if they are all instant machine made and gross). The Breakfast was the highlight of my day. The way the rooms were layed out was nice with 3 single beds and one bunk bed over top. Free wifi that worked everywhere.

It's a good place to go for some rest and relaxation, a solid 15 minute walk from the pier. Staff friendly, but very substandard breakfast. There's no internet here so bring some good books and lots of warm clothes as it isn't very warm, but extra douves and pillows are available if wanted.

The location was excellent..visible right from the ferry. The rooms were very homey feeling and the shower was great. Heating comes on at night and is a good heat. There isn't anywhere to lock valuables, let alone ...anything really. The kitchen and tv room were super stocked with food for breakfast and other free tidbits as well as a great selection of movies and books. The kitchen cold have used a good cleaning. Rooms and bathroom were clean though.

Hi there Lauren, There are 16 free lockers at reception, you probably walked past them 10 times. Thank you for your comments! Regards, Peter

The location was good, off the busy roads, but still close to everything. I just didn't like the showers, they were a bit more like a trickle..and there were no lockers in the rooms to lock up your things. Doors usually went unlocked as well, as you're relying on your other roommates to lock it. There were a few too many beds in rooms for their size, but the kitchen was decent and internet was touch and go.

The place was nice and there was almost minimal noise from outside except the base from the bars at 2am. The lockers under the beds were nearly all broken and most of them couldn't be used. There was no hot water in the showers. It's a cute place and location is good both coming from the train station and to get to the centre, just a few things that could use big improvements.
