The building was fantastic, a little far from the Tube stop but the walk was nice. Upscale neighborhood, good value for money. The staff were fabulous - helpful and friendly. Security was very good, and the hangout room was very nice. Only problem? Lots of floors, no elevators.

Great hostel. My new favorite area of London has to be Southwark, there's a ton of stuff to see and do, plenty of fun places to eat, and of course a great place to stay. I stayed in The Inn, but check-in, hang-out room, and breakfast are all at The Village, which really isn't far. The staff are really nice people. Apparently there's crazy partying over at The Village, but I (thankfully) only ever saw the aftermath. The only inconsistency was the state of the bathrooms. Usually clean, not always.

Hi, Your comments mean a great deal to us and we can learn a lot. We are really happy that you enjoyed your time with us! London bridge is a fantastic area and we are very lucky to be based in such a great place. Apologies for the bathrooms, we have specific times during the course of a day when they are cleaned by our housekeepers! Best Regards Michelle

The only thing that would make your place better is if the wifi reached the rooms.

Nice little pub, and pretty good location. No wifi in the rooms, and the bunks are stacks of three, so if you're afraid of heights you may have a problem. Also the bathrooms weren't exactly pristine, but they weren't disgusting either.
