We enjoyed this guest house for a few reasons, decent location (ten min walk from town centre), really friendly host, private room and close to the beach. The host took us to meditation at a temple which was an amazing experience and always wanted to help us out when he was around. Our only issue was no access to kitchen facilities (not even a fridge). Other than that I really recommend this place for budget travellers, kamakura is an amazing place to stay!

This is a good hostel very clean and the staff are really helpful. It was quite hard to find when we first arrived in Tokyo but being so close to the metro is great. There's not much socialising going on but we spent most of our time outside the hostel anyway. Minor issue is no cooking facilities so it's harder to save money on food, there is a small kitchen with a fridge though. Definitely recommend this hostel, the dorms are great.
